WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PACKAGE?

I can set you up with an accounting software package which is suited to your business. There is a monthly subscription fee for this, which the software company will charge to you. Also, because I am a MYOB partner, I can add you onto my subscription if you are using MYOB, this would make your monthly subscription payment much cheaper.

WHAT IS CLOUD ACCOUNTING?

‘Cloud’ is a term used in reference to the internet. Cloud accounting is the use of internet-based accounting software. Cloud products provide the flexibility of being able to access your systems from other locations outside your office, and also enable other authorised users to log into the system as well. Today, with the ATO wanting you to submit online activity statements, single touch payroll processing and superannuation obligations, it is basically a must that you have a cloud accounting package for your bookkeeping records.

IS CLOUD OR LIVE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SAFE?

Internet-based accounting software uses the same encryption process as internet banking. Most people are now comfortable using internet banking and internet accounting is no different.
